2018~2019年,中国文化产品总体发展平稳。各类文化产品的总产量都有不同程度的减少,以传统类出版物表现尤为明显,其中音像制品和电子出版物出版下滑至历史最低。各类文化产品的质量都有明显提升,其中图书类在主题出版上表现亮眼,期刊类在结构优化上多种措施并举,国产电影取得口碑和票房双丰收。2018~2019年,中国文化产品在减量提质和结构优化两个方面取得了显著成绩,然而从“量”到“质”的转变依旧任重而道远,在新旧媒体融合方面仍然是呼声高、进展慢。这些问题的解决,既需要国家在政策层面加强对导向和质量的把控,在人才培养、技术研发等方面给予相应支持,也需要生产部门创新思路,根据融合发展的需要,重塑生产出版流程。
<<In 2018-2019,the overall development of Chinese Cultural Products has been stable. The total output of all kinds of cultural products has been reduced in various degrees,especially the traditional publications. The number of Audio-visual products and electronic publications fell to a record low. The quality of various cultural products has been significantly improved. Among them,books have performed well in thematic publications,and periodicals have taken various measures to optimize the structure,and domestic films have achieved good reputation and box office gains. Chinese Cultural Products have made remarkable achievements in quantity reduction and quality improvement as well as structural optimization in 2018-2019,however,the transformation from “quantity” to “quality” still has a long way to go. The convergence of old and new media still has the problem of “significant in proposal but slow in progress”. To solve those problems,it is necessary for the government to strengthen its guidance for both the direction of development and quality of products at the policy level,and to give supports accordingly in areas such as personnel training and technology research. It is also necessary for the Production authorities to innovate and reshape the production and publication process in accordance with the needs of the Integrated development.
